Detailed Product Description

This machine includes, a homogenization emulsifying tank, oil/water tank, shelf, ladder, electrical box, operational platform, filter, vacuum system, air-pressure output system, perfume container, electro heating or steam heating system, temperature control system, etc.

1.      Principle

Raw material shall be fully grinded, mixed, emulsified and homogenization by emulsifying machine's heating, cooling, dissolving, emulsifying and vacuum degassing all together . Therefore, the brightness and stability of the product shall be improved.

2.      Characteristic

       1) All the parts which contact row material shall adopt SUS316 material and the product accords with GMP regulations.
        2) Churn up row material by agitating along the vessel wall. The rotating speed is 0-80 rpm and controlled by frequency conversion. The machine shall adjust the rotating speed according to different technical dispensation.
        3) The homogenizer adopts German most advanced homogenization technology, the structure of which is unique and the quality of which is stable and reliable. ( rotating speed:0 4500 rpm)
        4) Row and auxiliary material shall be imbibed into emulsifying vessel automatically.
        5) The machine is easy to operate and unique in appearance.
        6) The machine assembles button electric control cabinet / PLC computer controlled system, monitors temperature, rotating speed, and homogenization time of the material all the time.

       This machine can be widly used in cosmetics, foods, chemicals, pharmaceutical, ferilizer, etc, enterprises. to make cosmetics, detergent,shampoo, lotion, cream,ointment, etc.
